“The Art of Muaythai” Receives Award at the 43rd Milano International FICTS Festival 2025

Today in Milan, Italy, I was invited by SPORT MOVIES & TV 2025 to attend the 43rd MILANO INTERNATIONAL FICTS FESTIVAL. Mr. Kullachart Jitkajornwanich, filmmaker from SIAM PANDORA, produced and filmed “The Art of Muaythai” during the 7th International Martial Arts and Cultural Heritage Festival held in May this year. The documentary was submitted to compete at SPORT MOVIES & TV 2025, and the committee unanimously decided to grant the award.  As one of the Executive Producers of The Art of Muaythai, SIAM PANDORA assigned me to travel to Milan to receive the award, representing our team in promoting Muay Thai to the international stage.

This is the essence of the festival that I attended in Milan:

“As a result of organizing the International Muay Thai Festival, the Muay Thai documentary The Art of Muaythai was officially selected at the 43rd MILANO INTERNATIONAL FICTS FEST – SPORT MOVIES & TV 2025, held in Milan, Italy. The event is organized by FICTS (Fédération Internationale Cinéma Télévision Sportifs), the International Federation of Sport Cinema and Television.”

FICTS works with 130 member countries under the presidency of Professor Franco Ascani, a member of the IOC Commission for Culture and Olympic Heritage. The federation is recognized by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and promotes the values of sport through media worldwide.In previous years, legendary figures such as “Pelé”, the Brazilian football icon, and “Mike Tyson”, the American boxing legend, have also received awards at this prestigious festival.
